Returns & Exchanges

If your Bel Composto piece is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery or an exchange within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@belcomposto.com with your order number and whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
  2. If needed, we may ask for photos of the item to confirm condition or issue details.
  3. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.
  4. Please ship your return with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Be sent back within the approved return or exchange timeframe

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If a returned item does not meet our return standards, it may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund to the original payment method instead.

If you need a replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and the returned items reduce the final retained merchandise value below the free shipping threshold, the original standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if free shipping was originally granted at checkout.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Bel Composto is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that refund timing after processing is determined by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable resolution depending on the situation and stock availability.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@belcomposto.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment are eligible for a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped

If an order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process after delivery.

Additional Notes

  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Return approval does not guarantee immediate refund completion; returned items must first be received and inspected.
  • Bel Composto reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of abuse, excessive returns, or suspicious activity.
